Organizations and individuals looking to optimize their budget and maximize their exposure can benefit from Montana Newspaper Association’s Content Distribution Services! • We will directly distribute your press release, letter to the editor or op-ed to all MNA member newspapers for a one-time fee of $85. The service saves you valuable time, money, and ensures your content is delivered to, and received by our 80 member newspapers! Each newspaper will decide if the content is relevant to their audience.  Newspapers are not obligated to publish the content. Submit content for distribution to Brian Allfrey at [email protected]. To expedite distribution and increase your effectiveness with editors, please:
  • Submit your content to MNA as an attached Word document.
    • Title Word attachments appropriately. Editors are more likely to open “HR Report Release April2022” than “FinalVersion”.
  • Submit photos as jpg attachments.
    • Clearly label photos, provide captions, identify individuals, provide photo credits if necessary.
  • Provide contact information including name, email address, and phone number. You may also want to provide your website link.
  • For op-eds, identify author and provide author’s contact information.
